What my clients have to say

My clinic is located at my home on a quiet cul du sac in Newmarket.  It is a seperate building from the house with a private entrance that looks onto a beautiful ravine - the perfect place for quiet one on one interaction and focused, uninterrupted learning.

As well, home and school visits are offered to those living within the Newmarket/Aurora/Richomond Hill area.

"Sherri has been working with our son for over three years.  The progress he has made is astounding.  Sherri is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to help navigate us with the transition to school and continues to be a vital player in our son’s therapy team.  Her patience and perseverance with our son is incredible. Sherri is truly a godsend. "

"My Son was diagnosed with a Communications Learning Disability last year, and although he was getting help at school, we were seeing little improvement and his self-confidence was very low. We were advised by the psychologist who assessed him that he would benefit from OT to aid with his organization and motor skill issues. A friend recommended Sherri to us and we sought out her services. He has been seeing her for just under a year and his confidence with school work and himself has noticeably increased, along with organization and motor skill abilities. Sherri has helped him achieve things we struggled with at home, from tying a shoe, eating properly with a knife and fork, to writing and organizing his thoughts. I highly recommend Sherri for all your child’s Occupational Therapy needs, she is wonderful."

"My husband and I are so grateful to Sherri.  Her expertise, confidence and professionalism have provided our daughter and us with a wealth of strategies that keep our daughter progressing with success.  Sherri is able to discern both micro and macro needs and she challenges our daughter to persevere.  Sherri willingly partners with our daughter's school and camp and engages in dialogue with us about the most ideal learning environment for our child.  We came to know about Sherri when we were talking with a friend and expressing concern about our daughter's development.  Our friend said, "you have to phone Sherri . . . she is the best!"  After two years of watching Sherri in action - we agree!  Sherri is a true find for any family looking to provide their child with support.  She promotes and teaches specific skill development and persistence. We have no doubt that our daughter is progressing exponentially faster as a result of Sherri's work with her.  Sherri:  Thank you! Thank you!" - Barbara S
